Believe it or not, the thing above is actually a website. And you can visit it if you do it at home on notepad. If you want to know how to make a html website, open up an empty notepad document (in the start menu, then all programs) and copy this down.

Thats the website done. feel free to add whatever pictures and text you like to it. When you want to see it on the web, click save. Make sure you save it as whatever your sites called .htm eg. carrots.htm or it wont work BUT DONT SAVE YET!!! click on the tab below where you name it and change it from text documents to all files, or it wont work. after doing that, save it to somewhere easy to get to like the desktop, and save.
go to the desktop (provided you saved it there) and there should be a shortcut to your website there. cool!
